Our Process
1. Initial Consultation & Vision:
-
During the initial walkthrough, you and the contractor will discuss your vision, needs, and budget, Assess the current condition of your home, and identify potential challenges and opportunities for the remodel.
2. Research and Plan:
-
Research different materials and finishes. Consider durability, cost, and aesthetics. Develop a detailed plan, this will include measurements, layouts, and a timeline. How will the space be used? Ensure it's practical and easy to maintain.

3. Approval of Materials
-
Storyboards can be made to see all materials selected and see how they all compliment each other. Once the final signatures are obtained, materials will be ordered. Upon their arrival, inspections will be conducted on the products before proceeding with installation.
4. Start of Construction
-
Prior to the start of construction, site preparation will be done to protect home owners belongings. A portable restroom will be onsite for the duration of the project. During construction quality control will be done and clients will be updated during the week with progress and if any issues arise.
5. Evaluate and Enjoy Your New Space:
-
Once the project is complete, a thorough quality inspection will be conducted before the final walkthrough with the client. All site preparation and final cleaning will be completed prior to the walkthrough.
